This is what makes the meal ideas good. The flyer alone is a protein and a few vegetables — what the chef does with them depends on what's already in your cupboard, what your family actually eats, and what you can cook with. Be honest: if it assumes fish sauce you don't have, the recipe breaks.

Standing pantry — assumed on hand, never added to the shopping list.

Equipment — tick only what you actually own. Anything unticked is never required by a recipe.
